This Agreement is by and between Residential Warranty Services, a Indiana Corporation with its principal offices located at 698 Pro Med Lane, Carmel, IN, and
("Home Owner") (collectively "the Parties"), (individually the "Party"): WHEREAS, Residential Warranty Services and Home Owner, on this day, enter into a business
relationship between them whereby Home Owner can and will receive a Home Warranty, at a cost determined by the policy selected, starting on the date of this agreement,
and in return Residential Warranty Services will provide coverage on household artifacts detailed in the selected policy's coverage definitions for 12 months with no
price increases for 1 year. Your Home Warranty may be cancelled at any time by contacting Residential Warranty Services by email at
[email protected]. Upon receipt
your Home Warranty will be cancelled and no further fees will be applied to your account. Any claims that have been processed by Residential Warranty Services on your
behalf must be reimbursed in the event of a cancelation. If at any time you are dissatisfied with your policy, you may request a refund for the full amount of your
policy. Any claims that have been processed by Residential Warranty Services will be deducted from the refund amount. Any claim amounts exceeding the refund amount will
be owed to Residential Warranty Services. Refund requests may be directed to

Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, and the courts of the State of Indiana
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any controversy hereunder.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable by a final decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this
Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings there between. All additions or modifications
to this Agreement must be in a writing signed by both Parties.
You agree to pay any and all fees associated with collection or litigation undertaken by Residential Warranty Service under this agreement.
